Each knife is individually balanced and the full tang provides better balance and superior strength. One piece forging of blade, bolster and tang for long-lasting durability. No parts to separate. The knife blades are hand-ground to a perfect, equal edge and fine satin finish. Ergonomic grip handles are uniquely contoured for one size fits all comfort and the patented handle labels make knife identification easy. High carbon, no-stain German steel from tip to tang that sharpens more easily than ordinary stainless and maintains its sharp edge longer. German steel also resists rust, stains, discoloration. Solid maple wood knife block also included.
