Applicaton:
Using a dry Smoky Eye Liner Brush, apply above the roots of the upper lashes for a sexy, smoky eye. Add additional depth by applying to the lower lash line. Build colour to increase intensity. Set with a deep Eye Colour for prolonged wear.
