- Curtis Stone Hardstuff 2.5-qt. Hard Anodized Saucepan
Review Summary
Hard Anodized Aluminum is much harder than stainless steel. Aluminum conducts heat quickly and evenly without hot spots which makes it an excellent surface for cookware. Hard anodized aluminum is dark gray in color and does not have the shiny surface that stainless steel has, which means there is no need to polish the exterior to keep the pan looking clean.

Do not use steel wool, coarse scouring pads or harsh abrasives to clean cookware. Do not use oven cleaners to clean cookware, as these are not designed for this purpose and will ruin the cookware.
To remove stubborn stains, dried or burnt on food, partially fill the pan with 3 parts water to one part detergent or vinegar and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat source and set aside for a period to cool and allow these stains or deposits to soften; then wash in mild dishwashing detergent and warm water using a non-abrasive mesh pad or soft brush.
Dishwasher use is not recommended; please hand wash to avoid discoloration and to prolong the life of the cookware.
