Curtis Stone Hardstuff 10-in. Hard Anodized Nonstick Fry-Pan
Hard Anodized Aluminum is much harder than stainless steel. Aluminum conducts heat quickly and evenly without hot spots which makes it an excellent surface for cookware. Hard anodized aluminum is dark grey in color and does not have the shiny surface that stainless steel has, which means there is no need to polish the exterior to keep the pan looking clean.
Do not use steel wool, coarse scouring pads or harsh abrasives to clean cookware. Do not use oven cleaners to clean cookware, as these are not designed for this purpose and will ruin the cookware.
To remove stubborn stains, dried orburnt on food, partially fill the pan with 3 parts water to one part detergent or vinegar and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat source and set aside for a period to cool and allow these stains or deposits to soften; then wash in mild dishwashing detergent and warm water using a non-abrasive mesh pad or soft brush.
