In accordance with this goal, belk.com's prices will be established to reflect our current company-wide prices. If you discover a pricing discrepancy between a Belk store and our belk.com website on an identical piece of merchandise, please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives by email, located on our Customer Service page or call 1-866-235-5443. You can also visit your local Belk store and we will gladly resolve any difference. We value your loyalty as a Belk customer, and will spare no effort to ensure your satisfaction.
At Belk, it’s our goal to make sure our pricing is accurate at all times. However, in the event there is a pricing or product description error, Belk reserves the right to fix any of these inaccuracies. We also reserve the right to deny any order with an incorrect price or product description. Any corrections we feel need to be made can be made, even after an order is acknowledged.
During your shopping experience you may encounter product price variations due to changing promotions, price adjustments or other special events on belk.com. If you save an item in your shopping bag, please be aware that the price of the item may change from the first time you placed it in your bag. The price you see in the Order Summary at the final Checkout is the price you will be charged.
Deal Based Pricing
Whenever Belk has an offer stating you will get a lower price when you purchase one or more items, you will see this price reflected in your Shopping Bag, once all requirements are met for the offer.
