Shipping Information
You have options when it comes to shipping methods offered on all belk.com merchandise and gift card orders. We offer three levels of service: a) Standard; b) Premium Two Day; and c) Express Overnight. All shipping and handling charges will be calculated according to the pricing chart listed below. Depending on the destination of the package(s), the customer can expect to receive their order within 2-6 business days from the ship date.

Please note:
In order to utilize our Premium Two Day and Express Overnight shipping services, all orders must be placed by 1:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. Any Premium 2-Day and Express Overnight request order, placed after 1:00 PM (Monday through Friday), will be processed the following business day.
We are unable to offer our Premium 2-Day or Express Overnight delivery service on APO/FPO orders. All APO/FPO orders will be shipped via Standard ground delivery via the United States Postal Service, to a U.S. Military Mail Distribution hub. Please allow for additional transit time (beyond our normal 2 to 6 business days) for final package delivery, from a U.S. Military Mail Distribution hub to your final desired destination. The additional transit time could be multiple weeks, as per U.S. Military Postal Service guidelines.
If you chose to purchase a gift card(s) with any other item from belk.com, all gift cards will be shipped under separate package, and will include a packaging order summary form and personal gift message, if appropriate. Belk gift cards can be redeemed in any Belk store and will also be redeemable on belk.com, beginning in the spring season of 2009.
International Shipping
Currently, Belk can only ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate one "Ship-To"" address, per order. If you would like to send multiple items to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order, per "Ship-To" address.
Hazardous Materials
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of any hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes, deodorants, shaving cream, hairspray, nail polish, nail polish removers, and pressurized spray cans). Belk.com is committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible, in the most safe and responsible way. For these items, we offer Federal Express Ground delivery only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Premium Two Day, or Express Overnight service with these products.
US Tax Policies
Belk, Inc. operates stores throughout the Southeastern United States. (See list below.) Current law requires Belk to collect all taxes that are applicable, based on the order�s "Ship-To"" Zip code. Be advised that some states require a tax on delivery and/or gift wrap charges, as well. For online orders, all applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order at checkout time.

Classic, crisp white box, finished off with the signature Belk blue bow ribbon and seal. We have a range of sizes suitable for gift packaging. Not all items offered on belk.com are available for gift box packaging. It will be noted during your checkout session which items have the classic gift box options available for your purchase. If you indicate you would like gift box packaging, a small charge will be added to your total for each item. (Belk Elite and Premier Rewards Card holders will receive this service free.)
