If you registered with Belk.com prior to August 21, 2008 and have a User sign-in that is not an email address, enter it in the Email Address text entry box to sign in and checkout. You can then change your old User sign-in to an Email Address sign-in by accessing your Profile under My Account. Enter your email address in the New Email Address text entry box and click the Change Email Address button
