Shipping and Handling Policy
Standard Ground
The shipping method utilized for all Belk.com orders
is Federal Express standard ground shipping, and the shipping and handling
charge will be calculated according to the Standard Ground pricing chart
listed below. Depending on the destination of package(s), the customer can
expect to receive the order within 5-7 business days from the ship date.
Listed shipping rates became effective 10/25/06.
Gift Cards Exception: Gift Card purchases will be mailed to customers
via the shipping method of their choice, and the shipping and handling charge
will be calculated according to the Gift Card pricing chart listed below.
Please note that First Class Mail shipping is only available for Gift Card
orders under $150.00. All orders of $150.00 or more must be shipped via
one of the DHL shipping options.

Returns Policy for Belk.com
Belk.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased.
We're confident our products are of the highest quality available; however,
if you are dissatisfied with any purchase, for any reason, you may return
the merchandise for either an exchange or a full refund. You have two
convenient return options: simply return the merchandise to the nearest
Belk Store or mail the merchandise back to our Fulfillment Center. At Belk,
your complete satisfaction with our merchandise is guaranteed.
If Returning Merchandise to a Belk Store:
To find the Belk Store nearest to your location, please view our Store
Locator guide located at the bottom of every page in the Belk.com site.
Once you have located the store nearest you, simply bring the item(s), along with
the shipping invoice/packing slip and the original packaging materials to
the Customer Service area of the store.
To receive credit, you need to completely fill out the "Returning A Purchase to Belk.com"
section located on the reverse side of the packing slip and then present
it to the Customer Service Associate at the store where you are returning
the merchandise. Merchandise returned to a Belk store will follow the
normal Belk returns policies relating to the tendering of a credit or
refund. Returns made with a receipt will be credited back to the customer
in like kind of their original purchase tender. Returns made without a
receipt will require the customer to provide a Belk account number or
bank card number for return credit.
The customer service associate will then register your
return and present you with a return receipt. If you
have any questions regarding the status of your return
you may contact our Customer Service Center by email
at service@belk.com or by phone at
1-866-BELK-GIFT(235-5443). Please allow 3 to 5 business days to ensure complete processing.
If Returning Merchandise to the Belk Fulfillment Center:
Belk will refund shipping and handling costs for returns only if (i)
your return contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged
during the shipping process, or (ii) is due to shipping and/or handling
error(s) on the part of Belk.com.
To return merchandise, send your item(s) to our Fulfillment Center
using one of the pre-addressed labels provided on the front side
of your packing invoice. Again, all merchandise should be returned
it its original packing materials with the original packing slip
enclosed. Please note that Belk cannot accept any merchandise that
is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage
all items appropriately. To receive proper credit, please complete
the "Returning A Purchase to Belk.com" section on the reverse side
of the packing slip.
Returns should be sent to: Belk.com, 120 Belk Court, Blythewood, SC 29016,
per the instructions listed above. Please use the Return Shipping Label
provided by Belk.com for your convenience.
We strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service's
insured services so your shipment may be tracked, if necessary, to its final destination.
