Rated 5 out of 5 by Litekchef from First time user with amazing results! I was sent this item as a prelaunch review... I will start by saying I have never used a pressure cooke before. I will say this was the easiest product I have used to date! We tried making a brisket for the very first time. We seared the meat using the searing button (which was really cool btw). Afterwards we tossed in the ingredients and closed the lid. Hit the button and our dinner was done in 1 hour. It was amazing. Honestly, can't think of a con for this product.. at least not yet. Looking forward to cooking more with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mike A from Love It Had this product for a few months and absolutely love it. Use it about once every few weeks and it is super convenient for our busy lifestyle. We have done whole chicken, pot roast, ribs, fried chicken, soups, chili and stews. The whole chicken is great because you can use the leftovers for other diners that week (chicken fettuccine, chicken curry, tacos, etc) It is very easy to use and clean, we have had no issues what-so-ever. Would definitely recommend it. This is the chicken recipe we like http://healinggourmet.com/healthy-recipes/pressure-cooker-chicken/

Rated 2 out of 5 by FriendlyCook from Better than NO pressure cooker... I have an electric pressure cooker at home, and when I went on vacation, my family very nicely bought a pressure cooker to help with meals. They bought his model, and I find it very strange not to have high and low pressure settings. How does one figure out how to cook according to recipes when the pressure is always between high and low? Also, it never stope releasing steam. Perhaps this is why it doesn't come up to a high pressure. The first thing I cooked in it (steel cut oats) came out like a lumpy brick - water sitting on top. I would have done better on the stove top. Today I am trying meat. I recommend other brands of pressure cookers over this one - this one is very odd.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kitchen Diva from So easy to use It was a decision in the making - research and many views of recipies and youtube videos which led me to purchase the 6qt. pressure cooker. I immediately made a beef barley soup. The week previous I had made this soup and it took over 3 hours to cook. With the pressure cooker - 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Delish!!!!!!!!!!! Made chicken soup also and again it cut the time from 3 hours to 30 minutes!!!!! I'm sold on this. Easy to clean also. Gave my slow cooker away right away. So convenient to be able to brown veggies or meats in the same pot then slow cook or pressure cook. Love it!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by maqui42 from where's the recipes, instructions? No recipe book? No more instructions than a very small pamphlet that was no help that said to come to this site for recipe ideas & instructions. I find nothing. Seems a cool product, but big fail on the finish by skimping on including a recipe booklet. I'm frustrated and am taking it back to exchange for a cordless drill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tammie from Very tender pork roasts! I've only had this pressure cooker (my first) for 1 week and so far I love it. It cooked the juiciest pork roast in 1 hour. Unlike cooking a roast in a crock pot, this was juicier on the inside and sliced so nicely, as a roast should, (making a roast dinner, not pulled pork sliders). I cooked 4 large chicken breasts which were delicious, again very juicy but not falling apart and overcooked the way they can get in a crock pot. I'll probably never use my crock pot again! I cooked 2 frozen chicken breasts in 30 minutes before work one morning for lunches that day. I don't have a cooking time chart so these probably could have been cooked in less time but they were delicious and not over cooked, very juicy and tender and flavorful. Much better than baking in the oven.

Rated 1 out of 5 by dgwins from Very dissapointed. I received this product as a Christmas gift from my daughter and have just taken it out to use it for the first time today. The instructions were no help at all, very few recipes and when I tried to set it to cook it would not work .When I pressed one of the preset buttons all it said on the screen was EO and nothing changed it. I tried pressing the time button and the number 66 came on and pressing the + and - buttons did not change a thing. I think I may have a defective item but if not it is a not easy to get to work.
