Rated 5 out of 5 by Miranda from Great Purchase I have been looking for a large one- piece cake pan for a long time. Just happened to be browsing at Belk's one day and found this one. It was just what I was looking for and I came home and baked a pound cake in it and promptly ordered another one, since I always bake 2 cakes at a time. Love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Meh5 from Impossible to make an angel food cake in this! Just bought this and baked a perfect angel food cake with NO quick release. I have no idea how this can work. I'm beyond dissatisfied with this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Gregory from Not releasing cakes cleanly anymore. Loved this product the first few times I baked with it. The cake unloaded cleanly without the slightest resistant. Blown away when I saw "Calphalon" raised on the bottom of the cake with my first experience. However, after a couple of years it just stopped working. It strongly hold's on both sides and the bottom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vick from Awesome Pan Angel Food Cakes always stick. You have to run a knife around the pan to get it out. This is to the lady that gave it a one star.
