Rated 4 out of 5 by Chad from Love my Q Explorist Not sure what everyone is using it for that battery only lasts 7 to 8 hours i charge over night and from roughly 6 am to 11pm i have no problems. Have had mine for approx 1 month did get silicon band fo r everyday use and also recommend getting a screen protector. I make phone calls several times a day and it works great. I get email notification and text regularly through out the day. This watch does everything i want except heart rate monitoring but really isn't made to be an all out fitness tracker it does do the basics and that is good enogh for me. Love the look and feel of it light enough to not bother me but heavy enough to suggest a good quality made watch. I hope this was helpful.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SilverandBlue84 from A little disappointing. I was really excited about this watch. I currently have an apple watch series 2. While I do like it, i feel like its just a gadget on my wrist, I really miss the traditional watch look, but really love everything that a smartwatch offers. Its not very iOS compatible. Its just not there yet. the biggest flaw to this watch is the battery life. I couldn't even get a full day of use from it. after i stopped wearing it, i had it sitting on my dresser for the day while at work, not doing anything with it, and when i got home the battery level was at 40%. Hopefully the 4th generation will come with some major upgrades to it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steve from Works well, documentation does not seem to exist The watch works as expected with some unexpected positive surprises. However, you have to discover them on your own, because Fossil does not provide documentation beyond one printed page online, and about 3 paragraphs with the watch on how to turn it one and charge it. Seems a shame to ruin a very good hardware experience because of zero technical documentation support. I would recommend this to anyone with a lot of technical savvy, because you have to guess how it works around the lack of documentation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by David from I love Fossil, this watch, not so much One word, battery. I love Fossil and have many, been buying them for .. ever. And will continue. This watch has some nice face options, etc. I'm 6'4" and 200lbs, and this watch was huge in my opinion. I normally like a slightly larger or bulkier watch because I'm a big guy, and this one could work for me, but, for an average person, it would be very large and heavy. I got this particular one for my son, who is 6' exactly and 185lbs and it was just too big, he just thought it was too big and bulky and I agreed. The stopper though for sure was battery life, he never wore it per se, but fully charged and having it just sit on the counter with virtually no use the battery would be dead by dinner time. From what I saw you'd have to charge it sometime during the day if you were really using it. With that, I had thought about keeping it for myself but not with that battery life. Had to return it. Like I say, I love so many Fossil watches and continue to buy, but this one was disappointing in size and function (battery). Hate sharing a negative review for a watch maker I like so much, don't judge Fossil on this one model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by James from Great watch!!! My first smartwatch. I received this for Christmas and I love it. I'm a bit of a watch fanatic (several mechanical models), and I wear this watch at work...it blends in nicely with my suits. I'm using my iPad with iOS 11 to link with the watch (Android Wear app is very simple to use and set up), and after some tinkering, the link is working well and no issues. Messages are being received in a timely manner. Battery life is on par with my Samsung S7 work phone..so no real complaints about battery to me. Very happy with my stylish Q Explorist!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kirknas7y from First time smart watch owner My wife bought this watch for me as a wedding day present. So far I am very much enjoying the watch and all of its features. The keyboard is a bit small for my large fingers, but that should be expected with the size of the watch face. It's nice being able to look at notifications on my wrist rather than digging out my phone each time it notifies me of something. Now if I could get Google Assistant to work via voice commands that would be great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Djderon from If it were not for one flaw, I'd buy this watch again. This watch is nice and works well, however, the battery life is too short. I took my Foosil Gen 3 smartwatch off the charger at 6:00am and it was dead by 12:00pm that same day.
