Rated 5 out of 5 by Gramma B from Quality product & excellent cust service I got my first Keurig last year for my 50th birthday. Just a few days before my birthday this year, it just quit working! I called customer service and went through the troubleshooting and they determined that the machine had broken (for unknown reasons). Here's the thing, even though it was almost a year old, Keurig replaced it at no charge, with no receipt! I gave them the model and serial number and it's on its way with a few cartons of coffee for "my" inconvenience! Now that's what I call customer service excellence. As I told my husband, buying quality is always best in the long run. Happy Customer!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Krystil Koffee Lover from It's a trap This is a really good machine until you have to clean it. With my 1st one, used it @ 3 mos then cleaned it. It wasn't working properly so called customer svc. They helped me really well by sending a replacement part (which wasn't the problem) & finally a replacement machine (registered & used warranty). With 2nd machine, worked very well until @ 3rd cleaning; then got clogged & haven't been able to use since (even after having CS walk me through the process of cleaning the machine's "poker" on top & bottom; very cumbersome btw). So I guess these are ok for the short term. Seems they break after warranty expires (typical). But what do you expect for the price?

Rated 5 out of 5 by KevP from Great for single people I think this is a great little coffee maker for single people. (dorms, offices, home, etc.) I like that you control the exact amount of water for each brew (from 6 ounces to 10 ounces). I have for example, discovered that I enjoy a Starbucks Sumatra K-Cup at 7 ounces, and my Lipton tea at 9 ounces. I just use a measure cup, put in 7 or 9 ounces of Pur filtered faucet water, place the K-Cup in the brewer, push the button and about a minute later I have a perfect (for me) cup of joe or tea. I recommend Keurig to my friends and family. I was a regular coffee shop customer, but now I actually prefer my Keurig-brewed coffee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Spencer from WOW. Very Impressed I always held off from purchasing these type of machines because I hated the idea of water just sitting in the machines. When I saw this machine and the concept that it made 1 cup at a time by filling the machine with 1 cup of water at a time i was happy and willing to try it. I am very happy that I did. I have had it for 2 weeks now and have used it everyday whether I made coffee or tea. I love the fact that there is never any water just sitting idle in the tank. This per cup system is great and i highly recommend it to other especially if you are concerned as i was about the water concept....

Rated 1 out of 5 by College Mom from Great when working I bought this for a college student. A Keurig brewer is the perfect solution for a discerning coffee drinker who needs to make a single quick cup of coffee on demand. However, my daughter's mini stopped working within 2-3 months. Keurig customer service was extremely accommodating (among the best CS people I've dealt with), and after working with me to trouble shoot the problem, replaced the mini with a new brewer. This was a welcome solution until the replacement brewer similarly stopped working. I would love to buy a Keurig for my other college student, but will not do so unless I can find a different reasonably priced model that is durable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MikeSync from Nice for Small cups I bought this personal brewer because I do not have that much counter space and my old Keurig was too big but was great. But when I got this I found that only small coffee mugs fit under this personal coffee maker. Because it needs the drain cover there to catch excess water that drains and it always seems to drain water. So if I need to brew a Ice coffee or a travel mug I have to use a small mug and pour it into the bigger mug. It does make good coffee. I am also not sure how to clean the water lines and area that you put the water in since you can not take it apart. I really do like the thinner width so it takes up less space on my counter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AJ from I actually like it better than ELITE I actually like not having water sitting around in a resevoir. This makes a fast, quiet, hot cup of coffee. Just use your cup to fill the tank this way you know for sure how much water you want. Maintain it once every few months and you shouldnt get clogs, half cups, etc. If mine peters out within 90 days I take back to [@]and get another. If beyond 90 days but within a year, I will call Keurig and get another. Seriously, whats the problem? Older drips last longer cuz there isnt a high pressure heating pump in them. The trade off for me to have very hot gourmet coffee in the home is a no brainer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Larry from I own two Keurig's I have two Keurig's and it all started with the mini. I was tired of keeping cans of coffee around as I was only an occasional drinker or coffee, my wife not at all. So one Christmas we tried the mini that came in red to match my wife's kitchen. I love it! No problems at all. The older style could be a little hotter but perfect to drink with in a few cooling blows. We added a second larger brewer with variable cup sizes and temperatures. The entire family uses it for tea and hot chocolate. It is great when people come over I can offer them a fresh cup of coffee with their choices of flavors. The mini is still in operation at my office.
