Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate K-Cup 16 Count is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 472.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Swiss Miss I grew up with If you grew up with the real hot chocolate that granny used to cook on the stove, real cocoa, real full fat milk, real white sugar, etc, you might not like the flavor of this product. I grew up with this product, so this is the flavor I remember. I drink it, too, because it's a treat for me while watching my calories. Tip: I use only 6 to 8 oz max of water, anymore and it will taste watery. Tip: just like I did with the packets years ago, when I opened them, I shook or tapped the packet to get all of the product out,, so too, just before I place the cup into the machine, I gently tap or shake it to break up the powder, really no brainier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shake the k-cup My Husband is on a hot chocolate kick to replace some of his coffee at home. Before putting in my next order I decided to read some of the reviews and drink some of it myself. Some people said all of it didn't come out of the k-cup. You need to shake them first. All of my mix was used. I opened the cup after brewing to check. I like hot chocolate but don't drink it often because of the calories. For an occasional indulgence at only 60 calories this tasted good. I added a tablespoon of sugar free creamer, so mine ended up at 75 calories but actually it wasn't necessary. This k-cup had plenty of chocolate flavor and with no mess and instant gratification.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tastes like artificial sweetener I didn't read the ingredients list before using one of these cups - big mistake. When I took the very first sip I could immediately tell there was artificial sweetener in it. I looked at the box and sure enough, it contains sucralose (aka Splenda). I know that some people don't mind them, but I've never been able to stand the taste of artificial sweeteners, they have a gross chemical taste to me. I'm disappointed to see that all the other brands of hot chocolate k-cups also contain sucralose, since the variety of beverages available was one of the reasons I wanted a Keurig. Looks like I'll be going back to packets for hot chocolate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT what it appears to be! I ordered Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa K-Cups assuming it was a normal, decent product containing real sugar and real cocoa. Not until after I drank it and got terrible stomach pains and a horrid chemical aftertaste did I go back to look at the ingredients and I found ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER!! Yes, I should have read the ingredients before purchasing but I (wrongly) assumed that "Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa" was just that! There were NO warnings on the label or description that this was NOT a real food product and contained chemical, synthetic, artificial sweetener. VERY disappointed and stuck with a rather expensive box of toxic substance that makes me very ill.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This Makes no Sense I don't understand this product; you can buy a can of Swiss Miss for a lot less money and Just Run Water, no K-Cup, through the Keurig into your cup with the amount of Hot Chocolate that you like. You aren't brewing anything, not to mention you have to run an extra cup of water through the Keurig to rinse out the K-Cup Holder with this product. I'm not that environmental conscience of a person, but Swiss Miss Cocoa in a K-Cup doesn't make economical nor environmental sense (wasting packaging, extra water/energy, just not efficient). Don't get me wrong, I Love our Keurig Brewer, especially the Doughnut House Coffee, but the Hot Cocoa just doesn't make sense to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from SO good! These are so good! They taste amazing. I bought them from a store when the packs were on sale for [$] because the retailer considered it to be "seasonal." However, when I went to the Keurig site to purchase more, I was shocked to see the outrageous price on regular swiss miss hot chocolate! I can buy a whole box of packets and make them the old fashion way for $2. I can't imagine spending almost $20 just for the convenience of a kcup for something that isn't typically drank daily. Therefore, I don't mind making my swiss miss hot chocolate the more time consuming yet much more affodable old fashioned way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hot Chocolate Love this in my Keurig..... the days of constantly having to "stir" the hot chocolate are over. I use 6 oz of water anything else is to watered down and remember to shake the K-Cup before placing in the brewer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from unpleasant aftertaste I love the idea of hot chocolate with k-cups and I really do generally like swiss miss hot chocolates in the packets. There was just something really off about the aftertaste. It was like that fake sugar taste you get when something is sugar free but there was no claim to being sugar free and still had that nasty after taste.
