Getting Close to PerfectionI have been looking for this type of jean I used to wear when I was a young girl. I think I've finally found them again with these jeans. I like that the legs don't hug my leg and are so skinny that I can hardly put my foot through. I don't enjoy the low rise type jeans either and these aren't like that at all. They are a bit on the roomy side around the butt area, hence relaxed status, but all in all they are almost like the jeans I loved to wear long ago. I ordered a 27 waist but had to return to get the smallest size, 26. I am so glad they are finally making jeans for the straight up and down type of girl again. Not all girls are curvy. Thanks Levi's!

Comparison between 3 pairs of jeansI am petite & round (5ft 136lb), all my pants' length have to be altered before I can wear them. I bought 3 jeans: 415 Classic Stretch Boot Cut Jeans (sz29), 815 Curvy Boot Cut Jeans (sz29), 315 Shaping Boot Cut Jeans (sz30).
415 is the roomiest with about extra 1"-2" fabric around the thigh and hip area, which is great for comfort.
815 fits me best, it hugs the curves without being too tight, no extra cloth yet still comfortable with the stretchy fabric, hopefully it will not stretch too much after repeated washings.
315 despite being one size bigger, is the tightest fit of the 3, the thigh area fit is tight even with stretch fabric. Best to get a size bigger if you are buying them online like me without the benefit of trying them on first.

Exactly as described! A keeper. These jeans are great. I bought 30x34 and am 5'10" 150 lb. They're relaxed, like they're supposed to be. I love them - bought in bootcut and straight leg. Also purchased the 314 for a sleeker fit for work in the same size and they also are exactly as described. So glad I tried Levi's again after all these years. Cannot find them local except for 515's and I have a few pairs of those. I wanted better looking jeans and it only took me two orders to get the right style. It's great having so many options to choose from as far as fit and style. I'm happy to have new jeans!

great for curvy women with hips and fuller thighsI usually wear a size 14 however with this pair of jeans I found that I had to size down (which helps the ego). After a day of wearing they do tend to get looser if you wear your jeans more than 1 time before washing. I am 5'5, 170 lbs very curvy - purchased lots of different sizes and settled on 31 X32 for the dark wash. The lighter colors seem to run even bigger. The black I felt I could have gotten a 32 X 32 after washing. I depend on reviews to help me so I hope this helps you!

PerfectionI find it so hard to find a nice looking, comfortable fitting pair of jeans. These are PERFECT in every way! They come in a shorter length (28" is ideal) so there is no need to hem or roll up. The Treeline color is gorgeous, not too blue or dirty looking; and I especially love that they are 99% cotton which is difficult to find in women's jeans. I have several pairs as these are my go-to jeans.

sizing is off probably due to added stretchI hesitated on writing this review but I am going to in hopes that Levi's will sit up and take notice. Years ago before companies started to put stretch in their jeans you could actually count on getting a good fit. Well those days are gone. When I first tried these jeans on they were comfortable and I was very pleased especially with the inseam of 28" because that meant no alterations needed. Well since I have started to wear these around the house they have stretched out! I really don't want to go around hiking up my pants every time I walk a few steps. I went by the size guide and perhaps if there wasn't stretch in them which I ordered the minimum I could get by with they would be a good fit but that is not the case. I thought about ordering the 100 percent cotton but they are button up and I doubt I can handle the buttons now. I am going to try and return these and go down a size to see if that will work because I do like the style of jean and that they are boot cut and not those ugly skinny fit jeans which I am sorry to tell you ladies this but those jeans do not look good on anybody no matter your weight or height. Stop buying into what is the latest craze or fad that Hollywood is in because I don't see anybody out there paying our bills or return charges for these jeans when they don't work. Bring common sense back please, there is a reason for it.

way too big in waistI measured and compared to the size chart and ordered a 29. When I tried these on, they are about 3 to 4 inches too big in the waist. I have an old pair of men's 30" waist Regular Fit 505s that fit me fine (if high) in the waist. I compared these 29" to them - matching the rise, so as to compare apples to apples, and the 29" was about 2" bigger around (waist) than the 30" mens. Either an inch is an inch, Levi's, or it is not. The legs of these 29s fit me fairly well, so I don't think going down 3 sizes is an option. I bought these because the Levi's 529s that I bought most recently stretch out, fall down, and go all saggy in the behind. Sigh. Back to the drawing board; I'll have to try on in store and see what I can find - a long process since my experience is different styles in the same sizes seem to fit so differently.

I liked it!I love these jeans, wear them every day, fit is perfect for me and I love that I can get 415 Relaxed Boot Cut Jeans in different washes. These jeans are very comfortable, they do tend to loose shape but that can be fixed by washing them. I only give it a 4 star rating because the front pockets need to be regular size pockets and not mini pockets! and the jeans should hold it's shape a little longer. Overall Levis 415 Relaxed Boot Cut Jeans is one of my favorite.
