Rated 5 out of 5 by Mother of 9 from great fishing game I bought this as a tool to teach children. I wanted to be able to identify each of the fish: stingray (purple), crab (red), jellyfish (pink), whale (blue), seahorse (yellow), squid (rocket shape), dolphin (dark grey), turtle (green), octapus (light orange), shark (light grey). Hope this helps others who asked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tate's mom from I would buy this product again and again I could kiss Melissa and Doug for the joy this toy brought to my little guy this Christmas season. My son has poor finger, arm mobility and at age 3 sits only in a seating system. He has had so much fun catching his fish and pulling them off of the line. He then progressed to choosing which fish, and using his pincer grasp to remove it. Awesome, my little guy has typical cognition but trapped in a body that doesn't move. This toy lets him continue to develop cognitively without being held back due to his physical limitations!

Rated 5 out of 5 by viewsfromamommy from Cute game! My son got this from his grandpa that is big into fishing so he loves that he gets to fish too! The magnet sticks great and is easy enough for my kiddo to use. This is a really cute idea my only suggestion would be to add a holder for the pole somehow because we've misplaced it a few times.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jazzie from I didn't know it was magnetic game! I got this from a family I baby sit for because their girls out grew it. I had no clue it was a fishing game till I looked at the back to review it on here, since we don't have the fishing poll they all use it as a puzzle and it works great

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amelia's mumma! from FUN-OMINAL! I bought this for my 21 month old daughter! It looked like fun! She absolutely loves this puzzle! She know's all the names, colors and love's to "fish" them out! At first she was a little afraid of the "shark" but after we showed her he is "smiling" she is fine with him now! It's all she want's to do now is "fish" and assemble other Melissa & Doug puzzles! Great quality!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hudson's mama from LOVE it! My son is obsessed with this puzzle! He absolutely loves to go fishing for the different sea creatures and he can name them all now...and he is only 18 months old! I am giving this puzzle to all of his friends this year for Christmas. I would love for M&D to come out with a few more magnetic "fishing" puzzles. I would buy them all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by HappyMomma from Classic Toy! This is a great product, as are most of Melissa and Doug toys. Still, my son (22 months old) found this more entertaining than many of his other wonderful toys, for it kept his attention longer than most. He loved "going fishing" this morning (as I called it), and he enjoyed taking turns with the fishing pole, naming the sea creatures and simply placing the pieces back in their places. FYI-My husband works nights sometimes (as he did last night), so this will now be my "go-to" toy for quiet, learning fun on the mornings when he needs to sleep in later than the rest of the family. Because this toy was such a hit (with both toddler and mommy), I'll be adding this to my list of standard presents I give to children around the age of two (for Christmas, birthdays, etc).

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kgk from Name of sea creatures? It is a fun puzzle. I think it would be a great value add if the name of the sea creatures are written in the back of each block. The name of some of the creatures are not obvious. If some could write all the names in this review I will appreciate it.
