Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sadly, no reorder. Amazing Grace bath and shower gel has been my favorite bath product for years. It had a lovely, soft scent - I said "had". The last 3 (32 ounce) bottles I purchased have absolutely NO scent - not in the bottle and not on the skin. I still have a little bit I ordered two years ago and it smells like Amazing Grace of "yesteryear". Philosophy reps say the formula has not changed but we Philosophy Girls know better - read the other reviews - too many similar complaints on this site and on QVC. I feel that I have wasted $111.00 and will not buy it again until Philosophy listens to its customers. There are too many of us saying the same thing but no one there seems to be listening.

I stayed loyal and purchased every new Amazing Grace product as it was introduced, it actually became my Signature scent..So many "you smell so good" compliments. But it changed. I am brokenhearted. The end came when Coty bought Philosophy..it is not the same..They "cheaped' out to save on costs and ruined the product. It might as well be a drugstore product because the staying power of the scented bath products is nil.. even my beloved cologne is a whisper of its former self..I am so sad to be leaving Philosphy but I am wasting money on this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed I don't know why I checked the reviews before i placed my order but I am glad i did - one of the many things that has kept me coming back for more of the AG body wash was the long-lasting scent - my husband was always amazed when i came home and still had the scent lingering after 12 hours - as a result of reading the reviews i will be postponing (hopefully not forever) purchasing the ag body wash until the quality that I am accustomed to is restored to the product - this is not an inexpensive purchase so i expect to get what i'm used to and what i pay for when i spend this amount of money - thanks all for the input

Rated 1 out of 5 by from sadly, something has changed I, too, have used this product for years. when I first noticed the declining reviews, I thought those customers had just received a 'bad' bottle. this used to be a 'wow' product. the last few bottles have convinced me that it is now just an 'eh' product with only a hint of fragrance and definitely not worth the price being charged. like others, I will not purchase again until I see improved reviews because, like others, I have to use my dollars wisely, even with the things that I love, or used to love. as the product is now, it is not a wise purchase.

I would get compliments everytime, I layer the body wash, lotion , body spray and perfume, Recently, infact my last two purchases are different, No Scent. I thought maybe a bad batch, so I repurchased all the products and the same is true NO SCENT. Something has changed, when I called to inquire I was told nothing is different. I"m sorry but that is not true as the many emails will attest too. Even the QVC site has many who noticed something different. We all can't be wrong?

I have been a faithful user (every day for 12+ years) of Amazing Grace shower gel, firming moisturizer, sprays, etc. It is my absolute favorite scent on the planet and Philosophy's Falling in Love comes in second. I just reordered two 32oz shower gels and both barely have a scant scent of the fragrance. If I wanted to have a great barely scented shower gel then I could pay a ton less and use Ivory or Dove. It seems ridiculous that Philosophy is selling a barely scented product for an astronomical price in comparison to drug store washes. What HAPPENED? I refuse to waste one more dime on this product. It also barely makes any foam and the formula is now thicker opaque and not a clearer pink. Bring back what we all know and love and you may get a customer back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No fragrance to amazing grace shower gel I agree with other reviewers that there just is not enough fragrance in this product. I purchased this product to see for myself because I love all the other products in the amazing grace line. You can only smell the amazing grace fragrance faintly when I put it on my sponge. Quickly after I apply it to my sponge the smell disappears and it smells like unscented shower gel. The only good thing about this product is that it has a nice lather. Do not waste your money on this product. Philosophy please put more fragrance in this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Formula has changed This is very interesting. I have used Amazing Grace for years and years. It is my go-to Fall/winter scent. In the last year, I had developed allergies to many preservatives used in cosmetics and skincare, and I was so delighted to read the label of my old bottle of Amazing Grace shower gel and see that it was safe for me to use. I just came to this website to order more, and double checked the ingredient list - sure enough, it now contains dmdm hydantoin, which is a formaldehyde releasing preservative that I am allergic to. I double checked and the bottle I have at home does not contain this, so the formula has absolutely changed. I am SO bummed out. But then to read the reviews and discover that the scent has also been impacted...why in god's name would they make a formula change of a perfect product??
