    • Q:How do I create a registry?
    • A:Select the Wedding Registry link at the top of any belk.com page. From the Wedding Registry homepage, select "Create a Registry" and follow the step-by-step instructions for setting up your personal account. Once your account is created, you can begin adding product and start using all of our wedding tools and resources.
    • Q:Is it possible to purchase a gift card as a wedding gift online?
    • A:Couples can indicate through the registry process that they would like guests to have the option of purchasing Belk Gift Cards from their registry. If the couple has selected this option, gift cards will be displayed for purchase on their wedding registry gift list. Please note: You can purchase a Belk Gift Card on belk.com. Due to individual state laws regarding gift cards, Belk does not sell or ship gift cards to customers with a California or Massachusetts address.
    • Q:How do I reset my password?
    • A:Simply click the "Forgot password?" link on belk.com located on the Sign In page. You will be asked to provide your email address, then follow the instructions that belk.com provides for resetting your password.
    • Q:Can you use a PO Box or non-US address for a gift registry?
    • A:We are unable to support a PO Box or a non- US address for any registry.
    • Q:How long does it take an item to show it has been purchased when shopping in a registry online?
    • A:For purchases made on both Belk.com and in store, quantities will update immediately. Please contact customer service toll-free at 1 (866) 235-5443 if you know an item has been purchased but did not credit against your registry.

Creating My Registry

    • Q:How do I create a registry?
    • A:Select the Wedding Registry link at the top of any belk.com page. From the Wedding Registry homepage, select "Create a Registry" and follow the step-by-step instructions for setting up your personal account. Once your account is created, you can begin adding product and start using all of our wedding tools and resources.
    • Q:How do I log in to my wedding registry?
    • A:You can access your Wedding Registry by selecting the "Update Your Registry" option from the Wedding Registry homepage. Enter your email address and password and select "Sign In."
    • Q:How do I add an item to my registry?
    • A:Sign in to your Belk Wedding Registry account. Then locate the product you would like added to your registry, insert the quantity you are requesting and select "Add to Registry." The item will appear on your Belk Wedding Registry list.
    • Q:How do I remove an item from my registry?
    • A:Locate the item on your registry, and look for the link marked "delete item." Items that have already been purchased cannot be removed from your registry. If you receive a gift that wasn't removed from your registry before it was purchased, you can return that item. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
    • Q:How can I access the manufacturer's Wedding Registry completion rebates for which I am eligible?
    • A:Use the "Wedding Rebates" link on the left side of the Wedding Registry. This will take you to a landing page that displays all of the rebates and their details. You can also print them.

    • Q:My registry is affiliated with TheKnot.com but I prefer that it not be ¿ how can I update my preference for this?
    • A:As a convenience to your friends and family, we automatically make registries created with Belk accessible via TheKnot.com. If you prefer not to have your registry included on this site, please email removal requests to customersupport@xogrp.com or call (877) 335-5252.

Gift Cards

    • Q:Is it possible to purchase a gift card as a wedding gift online?
    • A:Couples can indicate through the registry process that they would like guests to have the option of purchasing Belk Gift Cards from their registry. If the couple has selected this option, gift cards will be displayed for purchase on their wedding registry gift list. Please note: You can purchase a Belk Gift Card on belk.com.     • Q:When there is a gift card accompanying a gift, how can a bride/groom find out who sent the gift?
    • A:The gift-giver can provide a personal message during the purchase that shows up on the packing slip when you receive the gift. Also, if you are logged in to your wedding registry, you may select ''Create Thank You List'' in the header, which will generate a list of your gifts with the purchaser's name. For some in-store purchases, however, the purchaser name will not be recorded.
    • Q:What is the maximum number of gift cards that can be used for one transaction?
    • A:The limit per order on Belk.com is 5; the limit in-store is 25. If you have more than 5 that you would like to use online in one transaction, please contact customer service to combine the amounts onto one card.

Managing My Registry

    • Q:How do I reset my password?
    • A:Simply click the "Forgot password?" link on belk.com located on the Sign In page. You will be asked to provide your email address, then follow the instructions that belk.com provides for resetting your password.
    • Q:How long does my registry stay online?
    • A:Your Belk Wedding Registry will be kept active for 2 years following your wedding/event date.
    • Q:Items showed up as purchased on my registry that I did not register for. How does this happen?
    • A:When guests shop in our Belk stores, the home store consultants scan the Wedding Registry barcode so you receive an accurate account of any gifts purchased. If a customer purchases a gift for you that is not on your registry, the consultant will still scan the wedding registry barcode. That particular item will be added to your registry. This process records the purchase price and ensures that you receive the full price paid for the item, should you choose to return it. The item will appear as 0 items requested and 1 item purchased, to discourage any other guests from purchasing the same item.
    • Q:How can a registry be updated to show an item was purchased if it was not done at the time of purchase?
    • A:You can access your Belk Wedding Registry any time and make adjustments to the quantities requested. We encourage you do this frequently to manage your registry and limit the number of returns you will have to make. If you are in your local Belk store, a store associate can also assist in updating your registry.
    • Q:How can I edit my personal information on the registry?
    • A:Simply access the Belk Wedding Registry, select the option to "Update Your Registry." Log in to your account. Once you are logged in, you will see an option to "Edit My Registry" (located in the top left corner of your registry welcome page). Update any addresses or wedding details as needed.

    • Q:Why do some items on the registry show up as store purchase only?
    • A:Depending on the size of your local Belk, the assortment of product can vary between online and in store. Therefore, items you can register for may not always be available for guests to purchase online. If you are looking for a particular item, please visit your local Belk store, or contact one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives toll-free, 1-866-235-5443.
    • Q:How do I receive my gift registry enclosure cards to insert into my invitations?
    • A:Please contact one of our Belk stores and a Home Store Consultant will be happy to provide you with your gift registry enclosure cards. You can also select ''Print Enclosure Cards'' in the top navigation to print them at home.
    • Q:What does the messaging mean that says an item is ''discontinued,'' ''no longer available'' or ''specialty item''?
    • A:''Discontinued'' means that the vendor has discontinued that particular item and we will continue to sell it until we run out of inventory, but the inventory will not be replenished. ''No longer available'' means that the item is out of stock online. ''Specialty item'' means that there is no inventory online and low inventory in stores – please see an associate to see if they can find you available inventory in-store or order it directly from the vendor.

    • Q:Can you order gifts for multiple parties on one single order?
    • A:Wedding registry purchases must be made for one party at a time. Our system cannot record multiple shipping addresses per order.
    • Q:Do Wedding Registry purchases qualify for Everyday Free Shipping?
    • A:Yes. All wedding registry purchases over $99 ship for free, along with orders placed using your Belk Elite Rewards Card.
