My Addidas
I was shopping online and found this shirt. I placed my order and shortly it was ready for pick up. I received a call from the store clerk that my size was no longer available, but offered one size smaller (no good for me).
When I made it to the store the next day for pick up... another store clerk..apologized and let me know I can get credit or look for another item. I did look again and found a Addidas shirt (black) the correct size and better design.
I was grateful... my advice... keep on pushing until it works out for you. Good luck shoppers
