Wanted to love this
I wanted a small carryon that had spinner wheels and was easy to pack. This is a great design, easy access, outside pockets and the perfect size. Easily fits under an airplane seat if there's no room in the overhead rack. However- it does not roll smoothly and requires two hands to move it forward. It seemed fine at home, but once I was in the airport, it balked, would not roll smoothly, and was very difficult to maneuver. Unbelievably disappointed- would not recommend to anyone.

Inside of Carryone Suitcase is poorly made
I was excited when I purchased the carryone; I have two other AT suitcases. When suitcase was delivered, the zipper lining was broken and the bottom of the suitcase was exposed. I was told the only way to return it to be refunded was to take pics and forward to email address. Did that; got a response that pics were not good enough; took them again and resend. Still waiting to hear. Meanwhile, the cost still remains on my credit card. Under the circumstances, I will never order AT on line ever again. Unless this is resolved shortly, I will never buy another piece of AT luggage.
