HOW TO APPLY
Apply one-swipe of Brow Primer through the brow to adhere Brow Powder Duo. Using Brush 7B, start by applying the deeper shade of Brow Powder Duo from the highest point of the brow and work towards the tail. Next, apply the lighter shade in the front and blend with spoolie brush for a natural finish.
