How to Use It (Consumer-Facing Usage Instructions/Directions/Tips):
First, apply the shimmer end from arch to tail. Then, apply the matte end from the front of the brow toward the tail. Blend using Brush 20 for a seamless brow highlight that adds a lifting effect to your brows.
Pro Tips:
• Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used as an eye shadow primer. Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic, shimmer or duo chrome shadows. Use the matte end to prime for matte shadows.
