I love this pot!!I’ve had this stock pot for a few months now and it never makes it back into the cabinet. I constantly use it. It’s the perfect size! I love the fact that you can lock the lid and drain the pot. No strainer needed. One less dirty dish! Did I mention I love this pot?!!

Cook AND StrainIf you're looking for a pan that has multiple uses and cuts down on clean up, your search is over. Cook pasta in this pot and leave the colander in the cabinet because this pot has a straining lid. It's a solid stockpot and the lid has a sturdy locking mechanism so it feels secure as you pour the liquid off. I say this because I have owned the lightweight, cheap straining stockpot and I was always sure I was going to end up with pasta in the sink. Ironically, I threw it away after I the lid fell off as I was draining spaghetti. There is no such worry with this Anolon stockpot. In a matter of seconds, your pasta is drained and ready to be served. I love this stockpot so much that I've gifted it to a few friends.
