Rated 5 out of 5 by James from A good pot habit This cookware is, simply put, beautiful. It cleans up easily and lids fit properly. While somewhat expensive, it fulfills its promises and proves its value. While the instructions state that you can use metal utensils I would suggest against it as over time we have worn the coating in other Anolon pots which we possess. The only downside we have noted is that for some reason it takes significantly longer to heat water to the boiling point than other pots we have. I would recommend these Anolon cookware products to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by John Mc from My go-to soup pot This is now my go-to pot for all my soup making. I love Analon, but all their lids are solid, meaning as something cooks the steam can't easily escape, giving you a noisy or messy lid. With the strain holes on these my soups can summer without boiling over. Non stick means I can simmer ingredients right in the pot before adding my water/stock. And the 3.5q size is perfect for a hearty batch of soup. I highly recommend. (and encourage Analon to repeat this design in their 2 quart saucepan)
