This is my 2nd necklace that we’ve purchased through the website, only because our store doesn’t have a jewelry counter. The first piece came in a shipping envelope with a large hole, thrown over my fence so my dogs could’ve eaten it had they been outside, and it was so badly packaged that I had to pay another jeweler to undo the atrocious knotted condition it was in. This current necklace was put in my mailbox and in another envelope as the first. This one too came knotted up so bad that again I had to have same jewelers undo it. Once it was undone we noticed an issue with the connection and it broke costing me $40.00 to have fixed. I will no longer be purchasing any jewelry from your company which is disappointing because I’ve purchased much of my jewelry from y’all. With all that being said the pieces are gorgeous and were purchased with love and lots of meaning.
