Beautiful Bag, but.....
I have no problems with this handbag, I love Brighton. But, unbelievably careless packing for my online order has left a very bad “taste in my mouth” for Belk. These bags are not cheap, so I expected to receive the dust bag and box that are standard with Brighton handbags. Instead, the bag was thrown into a cardboard shipping box with a couple pieces of thin tissue. UNACCEPTABLE. For this reason alone, I will be returning this bag to Belk and purchasing from a different retailer who has more respect for their products and customers. I could understand if the bag had been on sale, but when I pay full price for something I expect it to arrive packaged with all the original packaging. Belk has been steadily going downhill. I will not purchase any high end items online from them in the future.
