very cheaply made
BIG mistake to order this very poorly made plastic. Mine was delivered in a plastic package like mail order prescriptions come in. The box was crushed and everything was rattling around. Definitely not worth the original price of $199.99 or even the reduced price. Junk. I returned it to the store the day after it arrived!

I bought this and was excited. Opened the box...trash, dirt, funky stuff poured out. THEY SENT ME A USED VACCUM, THAT WASN'T CLEAND OUT. SMELLED LIKE ROTTEN FEET!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

Bought this from Belks charger was missing looked like it was a return it was a Xmas present so it was past 30 days so couldn’t return it what charge it did have when we first opened it we tried it out my dog licks more stuff off the floor then this thing picks up. Total waist of money

Not worth it
I bought this for my up stairs. It keeps getting stuck and stays in the same area. I have to use the remote to guide it around the room. I'd return it, but I've had it almost 2 months and it may be too late. Never again.

Do Not Purchase
This was a waste of money. I have a small room that I wanted to try out. I charged it like I was supposed to. I cut the vacuum on. It didn’t stay on maybe 30 minutes. It kept cleaning the same area. It never did clean the entire room. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy this. Save your money to purchase a Shark Robot Vacuum.
