Don't Buy!
I was so excited to get these...then it happened! One doesn't work and I even tried the factory reset - twice! Such a disappointment; don't buy.

Not what I hoped for
Couldn’t wait to use them but disappointed. They loose connection to Bluetooth and don’t stay charged very long. I got them for long walks but they only lasted about 35 minutes before dying out. Only used for music not phone calls.

Horrible

No volume control on ear buds.

Only one works
I purchased this for my daughter as a birthday present. Her birthday was 2 months ago, and she was afraid to tell me that online one of the ear buds worked. I hope it is not too late to return.

I had to return them.
I was so excited to receive these. The first day, they were perfect, worked fine. I literally went to bed, woke up, put them in and only one worked. The other one malfunctioned and would never come on.

One side does not pair
I bought these as a doorbuster. The sound in the right ear is great, the right ear pairs just fine. The left ear comes on and says pairing on and a few minutes later says it is turning off. I can't figure out how to get both sides paired. Instructions might help but I can't find a manual that gives instructions for this.
