Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Pan, Love the features! From first glance, this Calphalon pan has a lot to offer, whether you've been cooking for years or are a novice beginner. Upon arrival, the pan was packaged well inside the box with no issues. The tempered lid comes sealed onto the pan so as to be ready for the first use. What I absolutely love about this pan is that it does not take much to heat up the pan. I cooked my grilled cheese and almost instantaneously after heating up the pan, the pan was hot enough to melt the cheese without having to wait. During the cooking process, the food cooks evenly and when you are holding the handle, there is no worry of getting burned. This pan is structurally built for any baker who wants to grill chicken, meat, or cook vegetables more seamlessly with five layers of metal woven into the pan. The lid is see through to keep a closer eye on what you are cooking. What's important is that the pan is not heavy to lift when picking it up. This pan also has a 10 year warranty and it is dishwasher safe. I have put my Calphalon in the dishwasher but it best to use a very safe cleaner that won't scratch the surface. However, I have bought a powder that cleans my Calphalon pan and keeps the stainless steel feature bright and immaculate. This is my third (of many Calphalon pans I look forward to owning) and I cannot speak highly enough of this brand. This brand designs and cooks up several products to not only add a stylish flair to your kitchen but also to create a seamless process for those passionate about cooking. There are so many different ones to choose from whether kitchen gadgets, stainless steel or hard anodized. I do have to say that two of my pans from Calphalon, including this Saute pan and there is so much promise and potential to be excited for. This pan assists me in creating several types of meals, whether as simple as grilled cheese or cooking large family dinners. While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own. **

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this pan! I just made Beef Tips in this pan. I started them on the stove top then put them in the oven. It was way easier than using a crock pot and it was quicker too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this, and use almost Daily. I've had this for quite some time now. Best Christmas present I ever got. I use it almost daily ! Great for cooking vegetables or frying up some hamburgers or chicken. Great quality and I know it will last me many more years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I love this pan! I thought it would be a back-up pan, but it has become my everyday pan. The heating is even; the clean-up is easy; the food is great. What more can you ask? I follow the directions of heating the pan first before adding oils, and letting the pan cool down before submerging in water to clean it and the pan is in great shape. My sister wants one now.
