Rated 4 out of 5 by CooksFor6 from Great Set! Purchased this set after getting a new induction cooktop. I have owned this set for over a year now and have had no issues whatsoever with food sticking. I can scramble eggs and they literally slide out of the pan. Please make sure you are using them properly and you will have no trouble! You must warm the pan on medium low heat before adding your oil or butter, then let that warm up before putting your food in. You should not be cooking at high heat on an induction unless you are boiling liquids. I gave 4 stars because the handles could have been a little more comfortable to hold. I hope this helps those that have been having issues with sticking :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by MissyM from Stop Looking and Buy These I am usually not the type to write a review, but I love this cookware! I had my previous cookware for over 20 years and I decided it was time to purchase new ones. I researched so many different brands but kept coming back to these. I decided if I got them and didn't like them that I could always return them. They will NOT be returned, every time I use them I say to my husband I love these pans. They look beautiful and clean up is so easy. With that being said ....follow the instructions, you have to let them heat up before you add olive oil , etc. If anything sticks use barkeepers friend and they look like new.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JDiesel from Well Made Stainless Set I bought this set over a month ago. I decided to use it consistently before giving a review. The set itself is very well designed. I have not had an issue with hot pot handles but I've had to be meticulous about preheating on low. I have a gas range and the pots heat fast. They've cooked my eggs and pan cakes without scorching them. I did have to adjust the olive oil to the pan a few times to get the correct heat consistency. If you do learn to use these stainless steel you'll find them very beneficial. I've cleaned mine with warm water and Bar Keepers AFTER allowing them to cool off to room temperature. They shine as good as new. Good investment-no regrets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jodi from After 5 months, still love these.... I have owned these 5-6 months and waited to write a review. I love these. I read a lot about different stainless steel pots and pans before buying these - though I have been a fan of Calphalon for year. I wanted the tri layered pans to ensure the whole pan was heated uniformly (ie the bottom AND sides of the pan). I think some of the recent reviews w 2 stars are from folks who don't know how to cook with stainless steel pans yet. There are some YouTube videos out there - but you need to heat the pans thoroughly, test by dropping water that turn to beads and then you know the pan is fully heated. Add oil to coat and then cook away. I can clean w Bar Keepers. I LOVE these pans and would buy then again in a heart beat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Zopher from Calphalon Tri-Ply design changes Calphalon changed the design of the Tri-Ply lids. No explanation was given. No option was given to help previous Calphalon owners maintain matched appearance of our sets. Calphalon owners take pride in their cooking tools, and enjoy expanding their investments. Calphalon is an investment in quality cookware. Calphalon designs should not be less thoughtful than matching a handle on fine furniture or a collectible automobile. In fact, it should be easier. Sad to say Calphalon has offered no matching lids. Calphalon could offer to trade my old lids for new lids with a 50% discount. Perhaps that would cause them to think twice before changing an established design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sapphire4214 from Will Never Go Back!!!! I have always used non stick pots and pans, however after reading the great reviews I decided to purchase this set. I am pleasantly surprised at how well and evenly the stainless steel cooked. One day (shortly after I purchased this set) I accidentally left the heat on my sauce pan and it burned my spaghetti sauce onto the bottom of the pan. I was almost sick at the thought of having to replace a brand new pan. Just one dab of soap and a stainless steel scrubber for about 2 minutes and my pot is back to new!!!!!!!! I will never go back to non stick again!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Astahnke16 from Highly disappointed I am super disappointed in these pans! I have used calphalon brand pans for years. My last set lasted me ten years before I decided to purchase a new set. I was so excited when I found this set. I was in love with the stainless steal! Big mistake. Big. Everything I cook in these pans burns and sticks. Veggies, meat, potatoes- literally everything. I've tried prepping the pans, using more butter, a cooking spray, nothing works. Then after my entire meal is burnt to the pan it is the biggest pain trying to get it off with washing!! The pan has to soak in hot water for hours to remove it!! Unfortunately I would never recommend these pans to anyone. It's a shame because I was always a huge Calphalon supporter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Henderson from Awesome I am a prior Calphalon user, I bought a 13 piece set this month used them 10 times so far. No problem of sticking of food. I do use a non arisol cooking spray, I use a pump spray cause the arisol leaves a residue that is hard to remove. I also bought a 5 qt dutch oven & lid, 8 qt stock pot & lid and a 14 roaster, plus 1qt sauce pan and an extra 2.5 qt sauce pan & lid. Why an extra 2.5, there are times you need to use two pots at the same time. These pots are heavy, but i will tell you this they are worth every dollar that they cost. I have no regrets.
