So flattering!
I bought a size up to a 14 when I comfortably wear a 12. Another review said it ran small
but it has a flare and is stretchy in the under skirt. I just love it! Pretty feminine print.

Runs very small
I ordered a 10 and 12. I am usually a 10, but even the 12 fit like a 8 in the hips and was a big struggle to get them on, because there a buttons all that the way down except at the waist, so you have to pull the dress over your head and shoulders and the waist does not stretch a lot.
