Rated 5 out of 5 by John from Just excellent This is a high quality product, easily comparable to anything offered at our local, fine cookware stores. I put the pieces together after washing, and it held water without leaking! Just to be sure, we wrapped the bottom lightly with foil (as the recipe author suggested to do - no matter the makers claims). There was minimal leakage into the foil, in the 425 degree heat. That would have happened in any similar product, in any event. Cleanup was a snap, even with baked cheesy gunk! We highly recommend this spring form pan!
