My eyelashes are now light!
I have used Clinique products since the mid-80s & have usually been very happy. I would not waste your money on this product. After only 4 uses, my eyelashes are now so light colored that it looks like I don't have any lashes. They were dark before this. I am disappointed after spending so much money on this product. I don't believe this product is up to Clinique's level of quality.

Utterly Useless
I have very thin lashes and was delighted to see this product from Clinique, which has been my sole cosmetic/skin care brand since the 1980's. I used the serum faithfully to the instructions every night for the past 90 days, with zero noticeable results.

don't waste your money
I have been using this product for a few weeks now and seen zero difference. All it does is create a crusty film all over your eyes/lashes when you wake up in the morning. I was excited for this, but don't waste your money like I did.

Absolutely no difference
I used this religiously for three months and saw no difference in my lashes. I was excited to see this offered because the lash growth serum I had previously used, which worked, had started to irritate my eyes and I stopped using it. This one did not irritate my eyes at all. But it also did nothing to change my lashes. It didn't make them fall out or brittle, but they weren't darker or longer either. Just my normal short straight lashes. It was a waste of my money.

Saved and repaired my lashes fast
I got my extensions taken off and my lashes were so damaged and short afterwards. I immediately went to Ulta afterwards and was convinced to try Clinique's High Impact Lash serum. I was kinda apprehensive about it because of the price and though I've always loved Clinique skincare, I've never been a fan of their makeup and definitely not their mascaras. My lashes completely grew back after 3 weeks and still look better than ever. You only use it before bed, which is nice. It causes no allergic reactions and is prefect for sensitive skin. This stuff really saved my lashes pretty quick and that means a lot to me.

Does not work at all
No results after using the as directed and ended up with red, irritated skin after two uses. Product is a failure.

Don't waste your money
After using the whole tube as directed I see zero results. In fact, my left eye looks worse than when I started. Don't bother with this product.

Lashes Fell Out
I had high hopes for this product but after about 8 weeks of nightly use as directed my lashes began to fall out. They are growing back but I consider this a waste of money. Love all the other Clinique products I have tried, this one was a big fail.
