Body Butter Gone Bad!
This is our family go to body cream! It is fabulous! Unfortunately, the last 5 containers had grainy bits of sand or plastic in the product. I called and complained and was only told to return and either replace or get my money back. Something is wrong here! Another reviewer wrote about the same experience. I had to go to my local Dilliards to get the body butter I should be able to get as a loyal customer from Clinique.com. Help! Get the body butter back to rich, velvety and creamy!

Body Butter is Tainted
For over 12 years I have loved this product! I have found it to be a blessing to my skin. Why the 1 star review? For the past three months. I have had to continuously return the product due to bits of plastic mixed in the contents of the body butter as another reviewer posted recently as well! I have returned the product asking for investigation. And, after months, still no resolve! This is NOT the quality I expect from Clinique! I have used only Clinique products since i was a teenager, and I am now 70 years young because of it! Please Clinique resolve this issue. Something is wrong. And, NO, this is not a formulation change! I want my beautiful body butter back! When resolved, I will change my review back to 5 stars.

Great for dry skin
I have very dry skin and this product is perfect for me. It goes on thick, like butter, and holds in moisture even during the dryers months of the year.

Buy this!
I have very dry skin on my body and a lot of skin allergies. I've tried dozens and dozens of body creams/butters. This one is one of the best! When you put it on you can literally feel the "deep comfort" it gives your skin. It's like a drink of water for skin. It never irritates my skin and it's not greasy. It's fragrance free. I can even apply it in the morning before getting dressed because it absorbs so quickly. I will be buying more of this!

Butter? Ha, more like exfoliant!!!
Horrible! Had a plastic like exfoliant bits in it, not creamy or smooth. Gave it a few tries, mixed it up but turned out to be a total waste of money!

Amazing body lotion
This body butter absorbs into your skin completely. It is not greasy at all. It has a slight sheen which I like. Skin feels soft and conditioned. My only complaint is I wish the tub was double the size! LOVE it!
