Easy to use
I received this product as a gift with purchase and even though I have never used eyeliner before (because I found it quite difficult to apply), it was relatively easy to use the Eyelining Pen.

So Easy
I really like this product. It goes on easily, you don't need a lot for it to be seen, and it's also easy to fix if you make a mistake. It lasts for hours, too.

Easy to Apply!
I've avoided eyeliner for years because, as a glasses-wearer, it's hard to apply. This eyeliner pen changed that. The brush-style tip makes it easy to apply at an angle and keep a straight stroke. Because it can be applied at an angle, I can put it on without taking my glasses off. The only reason I don't give this product five stars is that the cap falls off easily and the tip dries out.

Easy to Use
The well-designed applicator brush makes for a very quick & accurate eyeliner application. One thing you'll want to do though is make sure you hear the cap click when you push it on to close it. I used this one time & thought it was like the Quickliner cap, a soft-close cover. But it is not. That apparently let in enough air overnight to make the color release noticeably more faded in appearance.

Very disappointing
I am assuming the liquid comes out automatically since there is no way to adjust on the pencil but it is like the product is not inside. I don’t know if the pencil is old but there is barely any product when you go to line your eyes. Very dissatisfied

What Happened?
I agree with the January 23 review. The last time I ordered this product it came dried out. I actually thought it was my mistake at first and that I had put an old one back in the package. So I ordered two more which arrived yesterday and both were dried out. I'm not sure what's going on as for many years this was my go-to. I would like a refund, please.

Dried Out Product
I used to order this product regularly and loved it. I no longer order it as the last 3 that I received were dried out. The first one was replaced by Clinique but the replacement I received was dried out as well. I didn't ask for a replacement on this one or a refund but loved the product so much I decided to give it one more so ordered it again. This one also arrived dried out so at this point I decided to just cut my losses and not order it again.
