Cushioned??? Not so! I thought I could find quality in the Columbia brand, but that was a not-funny joke! I've seen better quality socks in an everything's-a-dollar store. These socks, from Columbia, aren't worth a dollar for a pair. They definitely aren't worth the list price of $22.00 or even the current steeply discounted price of $15.40. Belk should be ashamed of selling such thin and un-cushioned socks and having the gall to list them as cushioned. Columbia brand??? Extremely poor quality.

Beware the plastic
The socks arrived pinned in 4 places with those thin plastic t-shaped things, and another one holding a tag. They are the same color as the socks. So the first thing you want to do is get under a light then very carefully cut all the plastic wires with a kitchen knife. Then you can fish out all 10 bits of plastic. Seems like kind of a dirty trick. Otherwise the socks seem decent enough.
