Great option for a functional (but cute) rain jacket!
It's surprisingly hard to find a rain jacket that is 1) actually waterproof, 2) functional, and 3) cute enough to want to see in all of your travel pictures. This jacket fits the bill perfectly! I got the light safari green and it is such a lovely and unique color, but still feels like it is neutral enough to match most of my closet. I'm 5'8" and am usually a Large in most tops, but sometimes need to size up because of my broad shoulders. I ordered both a Large and XL, and kept the Large, even with trying it on with all of my different sweaters I might layer it with. If it weren't for my shoulders, I probably could've sized down to a Medium. When zipped up all the way, the mouth of the hood does gap a bit as others have mentioned, but the drawstrings on the hood fixes that issue. Also, others mentioned the waist being oddly high---I have a very long torso, but didn't think the waist looked too high. So not sure if I'm just used to things hitting me higher or what...? Not an issue. This coat is a winner.

Comfortable fitting
I love my new rain coat, I've been wanting one for a while and finally got it!!
My family and I have been wearing Columbia merchandise for generations, I still wear my Columbia bugaboo interchange winter coat that I purchased in 1997!

Ok for the price
I have yet to wear it on a rainy day but I’ve been looking for a windbreaker with this style (drawstring on waist, olive green) so I bit. Size M was long enough to cover the backside, and arm length was not too long. Wouldn’t wear it on a down pour but it should do on light-average rain fall. The olive green is lighter than pics. Doesn’t make a lot of crinkly noise which is nice.

Olive color is lighter than the product images but I actually hoped for that. My measurements are 44" - 36" - 48" so a true pear shape and the L fits perfectly with the side buttons undone

Super cute & comfy
It's a really great rain shell. My favorite feature is the overlapping layers at the hips that provides a lot of flexibility and range of motion. Perfect if you want good protection from the elements but need to really move your body, especially for people with a pear shape. I bought it in "black" but really it's a very dark grey, which is exactly what the photos made it look like.
