super baggy in the seat and thighs
Columbia size 34x30 or 33x30 always fit me well, but these pants are a little snug in the waste and super baggy in the butt and thighs. its like there twice as much material there as necessary. would nt buy again, and will stick with the terrific tech trail pants.

Good pants!
70yo mail looking for casual pants that work. I ordered 4 different Columbia types: Rapid Rivers, Silver Ridge, Flex ROC, and Rugged Ridge II. All 36x34 for my 6'4" 210lbs body. The Rapid Rivers were the winner: good quality, correct weight and they fit. Even long enough though 34s are usually a little short on me. Only gripe is my wife says their too big in the butt but maybe that's on me. Silver Ridge: too light, and they look like hiking pants. Flex ROC seem nice but stretchy fit means hands in my pocket can push the waist to my knees. Rugged Ridge II much roomier at hips, again a fall down hazard. 3 pairs going back but I'll order another Rapid Rivers.

Great work pants
These pants look great and are very comfortable, just get pretty wrinkly. I got these for a hiking trip and held up well, just not the best in water/rain. I would also feel comfortable wearing these to work for their functionality and look.

Bought because of being a light material but OMG, wash them…put into dryer low remove them immediately and still so many wrinkles.

Nice for the summer
These are on the thinner side and more suitable to wear in the summer. The bottoms are a bit wider (i.e. a traditional cut). The crotch seam is a bit short for me because I have an ample bottom.
