Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not turnoff. Used this crock pot maybe seven times. Panel went all zeros and then went blank after most recent use. Will not turn on. Assuming it fried. Junk.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Cooked okay, but the lid on this model is not a tight fit. During the cooking process the lid jumps and spits all over the countertop and floor. Makes an overall mess of the kitchen. Wish I had my old crockpot back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy I bought this about two years ago. Used it once, brought it out today for cheesy potatoes. I cooked in oven then put in the crock pot put it on the stay warm. Setting stored ever hour. And they burned the potatoes were so hot people were burning there mouth kinda ruined Easter. Not happy. Bought a SEC PVPIOSA MODEL. About 7 months ago and this won't even cook the food. I had a roast in it it was on for 8 hours most potatoes all still hard yes it was on. So I'm really not happy with the crock pot brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid handle broke and liner cracked Shortly after I got this, the cheap plastic handle on the lid broke. The metal for the screws holding the handle to the glass lid had become stripped bc the screws were too short and made of some soft bendy metal. Well, no biggie — I used a pair of tongs to remove the lid as needed. Never mind that the lid would occasionally fall into the crockpot... Then, I noticed that there were cracks developing in my stoneware — all on the outside thought, so I thought, that’s gotta be part of the product and it’s normal. Never mind that every time I used the crockpot, there’d be some dried liquid staining the inside of the crockpot (outside the liner). Then, I kept hearing pops when I used the crockpot — I thought that was the food settling. Nope, I was wrong. The crockpot liner had completely cracked, and all the liquid from the inside was dribbling through. Whelp, that was the last straw. I had accommodated the terrible quality of this product each step of the way, and it finally beat me! Now, the crockpot sits, devoid of liner, this wasted appliance on my countertop taking up valuable space. I’m torn between just recycling the thing or working out the math to see if I should buy a replacement liner (and still live with the lid issue). Still on the fence about it... But, buyer beware! This is a poorly made product, and you should know what to expect if you buy it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrated x2 I use my crockpot A LOT!! I always make sure to include plenty of fluids and usually use a liner for convenience. I read through the instruction booklet and have made sure to always hand wash the pot. I’ve had several items burn around the edges, but chalked that up to the food item itself. My first crockpot cracked down the middle. I’d been having issues with it not wanting to turn on and it would randomly stop within the first 2-3 minuets. I’d have to hover to make sure it stayed on. I purchased another one and found a ruined meal due to the same issue. I love the convenience of a crockpot meal, but will have to look for a different brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keeps Turning Off!! Cannot turn my back for a moment. I have to watch it the entire time b/c it will turn itself off. Totally defeats the purpose of set it and forget it. Expensive drek.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Guaranteed to cook everything to an inedible mass I have used this item several times and each time the meal was entirely ruined. In fairness, I have not tried it for a soup or stew. Recipes that we know and have used for years come out terribly. Apparently the High, Low, and Warm settings are all the same heat levels, just applied for longer or shorter periods. Recommending that one only cook recipes that fill the bowl to 2/3 or 3/4 levels pretty much excludes anything but soup or stew. The other recommendation of “at least” one cup of liquid is equally useless. My latest (second attempt) at an old favorite included 4 cups of liquid (couple the recipe amount), and the meat was a briquet after 5 hours on Low. The original recipe called for 8 - 10 hours of cooking. The further recommendation that one should adjust older recipes to accommodate the higher temperatures is ludicrous. Read that as “Try an old recipe but change it to your best guess as to how this product won’t destroy it. When that meal is ruined, try again, and again, until you get it right.” Sorry, that doesn’t cut it, Crockpot! DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT! If using this method of heating is current Crockpot technology, I dare say one should not consider the purchase of any Crockpot product unless or until they change this feature. I would have given this product ZERO STARS if the program would have accepted that rating. Alas, a ONE STAR is the worst I am allowed to post
