Having the right knives makes it better
My daughter recently gave me this 15 piece Cuisinart Knife set. I love it. The knives are very sharp! They are well balanced and comfortable to hold when I need to use them for longer periods. I have been using these knives for a little over a month and I am very pleased. After 53 years of marriage and cooking pretty much every night, these knives have made a huge difference. Having the right tools for the job (in this case the correct knife for the job) makes all the difference. I can happily recommend these knives.
