Additional Information
Wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread with this programmable bread machine. The 680-watt appliance automatically adjusts the speed and timing for foolproof results, while its convection fan circulates air during baking for superior crust color and texture. Exclusive Low Carb, Gluten-Free, and Artisan Dough settings are just 3 of 16 preset menu options available with the touch of a button.

The Artisan Dough menu option takes basic bread dough through several long, slow, cool rises for chewier textures and rustic crusts. Along with the 16 preset menu options, the unit offers three crust colors and three loaf sizes, to give bread lovers a choice of over 100 bread, dough, sweet cake, and jam combinations. Its perfect-timing audible tone indicates when it's time to add fruit, nuts, or other mix-ins, and a second tone offers the option of removing the paddle before baking or removing unbaked dough to shape by hand.

Other convenient features include a 15-minute pause, a bake-only option, a 12-hour delay-start timer, power-failure backup, and large stay-cool handles. With its classic lines, smooth brushed stainless steel, and embossed logo, this attractive bread machine looks great on the countertop for convenient, everyday use.

Convection Bread Maker CBK200 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 80.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not that great of a machine. The second time I made bread in this breadmaker, the bread tray became unlatched and started banging around inside the machine. I had to stop the breadmaker and put it back on track. Unacceptable! The bread was not impressive. I bought the Cuisinart because my previous breadmaker (Sunbeam) fell off the shelf in my pantry, and no longer worked correctly. Prior to that, it worked perfectly for over 10 years. My Cuisinart coffee maker is great, so I thought I'd give the breadmaker a try. My mistake. I would not recommend buying this machine, instead get one from a company who manufactures bread machines as their primary product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy!! I am the queen of burning bread but his makes it soo easy I have not burned anything yet!!! the bread is always a little more dense then I like using the recopies that are included in the manual so I have boon finding alternate recopies for softer bread . I DO NOT like the little paddle, it gets dirty and nasty its hard to clean it gets stuck in the batter when you try to pull it out and its very frustrating .. BUT I will put up with that frustration , will be having to get a new paddle as it does not get all the way clean and that is not sanitary

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it This replaced an old bread maker that died. This works SO much better. Love being able to take out the paddle& reshape the bread. Some reviews said the bread baked too dark - mine seems perfect. I have my old recipe book but the breads are coming out better. They seem to rise better & bake better. I am still experimenting with additional recipes, but so far everything is wonderful. Great crusty partial whole wheat breads I can’t buy where I now live. Working on bagels because I don’t have any good ones nearby.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bread pan difficult to remove at times We got this at Christmas to help make the homemade bread process easier. After a few practice loafs, we have had delicious breads. My only complaint is that the bread pan gets stuck sometimes and is difficult to remove. Once I had to sacrifice a loaf of bread in order to remove it. My husband was able to pull the pan out both times for me, but if you don’t have someone like that around I don’t know how you’d be able to remove it. Other than that, the bread doesn’t last long because we eat it so quickly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Acceptable It is what it is ...I’ve been through a few machines by now and it seems the flipper dynamic is always an issue. This model seems to have a pressure button setup -if it’s any good remains to be seen. There is an alert which gives you time to remove the flipper which is new to me. In closing ...it is what it is ...how long will it last? I’ll see -I however do miss a steam ability from one of my older machines that would make bagels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful replacement for my last machine My 20 year old Breadman died and this was as close as I could come to the beloved machine - but I got sooo much more. It tells me when to remove the paddle so no more huge holes in the bottom- convection really made the heat even so crust is perfect all around. Easy set up and cleaning. Has more types of breads on the list than before. Use it at least once a week and thrilled with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simlicity So I am a dude. And i love fresh bread!. My faciurite reciieis the basic Italian and French breads. Before heading to the gym, i pop the ingedients in, and volia, fresh bread. Its so simple and cost effective. In the 2 months that ive had this machine, it has paid for itself. The fancier breads take more preparation but the ease of use makes the task simple. I love this bread maker!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home Baked Goodness Cuisinart makes a very nice bread maker. I first became interested in bread making when some of my family members developed problems with gluten. So, I looked for a nice bread maker and a good cookbook. The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook by Beth Hensperger is recommended. I have made a loaf of bread every week since I purchased the Cuisinart. It takes about 3 hours to make a loaf, so keep that in mind. Also, I always set the bread maker on light crust, because I have burned a loaf using the medium crust setting. You can put the machine on bake if the loaf needs more time, but the bread rarely needs to be baked past the light stage. I have made one gluten free loaf, which turned out dense but acceptable. I have had bread over proof, which makes the top cave in slightly after baking, but it still tastes delicious! I always thought bread making was too complicated for me, but the bread machine makes it easy.
