Not the same as pictured
I like the luggage, but my daughter was looking forward to the fact that it had a French flag on the front. For future buyers, be aware there is no flag as it shows in the picture. I called customer service and they confirmed the picture is inaccurate. She was disappointed, but it seems to be a good quality overall.

Broken Handle
I bought the large case and the carry on to go to Disney. I was leaving the next morning, and bought it the evening before because I needed a very large suitcase. I got it home, packed it, and then discovered that the handle used to roll it does not work. I had no choice but to use it but it was very difficult not being able to use the handle.

Awesome Carry On
I bought this suitcase last month to match a larger Delaney suitcase that I own. The wheels roll smoothly and the zipper also opens smoothly with no “catching”. I really like this brand!

Love this bag!
I bought this for my daughter who until COVID traveled quite a bit. She had worn hers out!
She loved the soft grip handle and the size. It’s perfect for overnight trips. Well constructed.

Favorite brand of luggage
I bought this newer 4 wheel expandable carry-on to replace an old 2-wheel one I've had for 15 years. I really enjoy using Delsey's brand of luggage as I find them to be quite spacious and reliably rugged even with baggage handlers' rough treatment.

Favorite luggage
I have traveled the world with my first Delsey 25 inch bag and when it came time for replacing I was so happy to see that I could get a similar but upgraded bag at a great price.

Great service and warranty replacement
I have an older model of this suitcase. Really like it, but realized quickly that the zipper for the expandable part was not working. It would not stay zipped so was open on both sides. I tried to zip and rezip to get it on track and just couldn't. I never use it expanded, so this was very frustrating. I seldom travel with that size case, so forward 4.5 years and I was getting it out for an upcoming trip and frustrated again at the zipper (but would use it because I liked everything else) and then realized that in the smallest pocket I had actually saved the receipt and warranty information! I looked online and the nearest service location was over 70 miles away so I contacted Delsey. I received a response within 2 days and after sending a few pictures of the case and the zipper, they are sending out a new one. I loved the old one except the zipper, so I'm sure the new one will be just as good!

Handle Issues
I’ve had my bag for just over two years and the pull up expandable handle broke this morning. One piece of advice consumers, apparently the website says to keep your receipt as you’ll need that for the warranty. Apparently having the bag isn’t enough proof, so keep your receipt for 2-10 years.
The handle design needs improvement to have the durability for frequent travelers to steer it through airports, and so I think I may be looking elsewhere being I didn’t keep the receipt and do not want the frustration to try and get it repaired or replaced.
