Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A neat, hands on toy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great hands-on activity--it's DIY from beginning to end (you have to poke holes for the stars). Toy is for 6+, but assembly wasn't the easiest for our 7 year-old. Depending on your kiddo, adult assistance may be required. She enjoyed putting it together and loves having it on at night in her room.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Many pieces [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Discovery’s Mindblown - Toy DIY Planetarium Star Projector. There are many parts to this projector but that’s the lure of it being a Discovery toy. It definitely is for the older kids. I would recommend this item for the young astrologist or engineer. Really great project to keep them busy and educated in a fun way.

It provides my kids the opportunity to learn about the various stars and planets from the comfort and safety of our own home. My kids turn this on often and genuinely love this toy. I highly recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the do-it-yourself aspect! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love involving my kids in building things so this is a perfect way to get them involved with STEM and still produce something fun to use at the end. My 8 year old was only interested in making the holes for the stars but my 10 year old is building the rest with only a small amount of supervision. Fun and educational!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult to assemble [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent at least an hour assembling this product for my child. It would be very difficult for a younger child to assemble. I had thought when getting it it would be plastic pieces to snap together. These product itself was thick cardboard. The cut outs were easy to remove. I had to use extra tape.not provided to assist it in staying together. So despite my time and effort my child really did like the product and had fun with it all evening. It also came with extra pieces in case the light stopped working and extra adhesive. It works well once assembled just took longer than expected.
