We need dispenser that allows us to use all of the wonderful serum. I feel cheated as its not possible to get all of serum good for company not consumer

Became rancid quickly, before used up.
Love how smooth this primer makes your skin feel and look but the last 2 bottles I purchased, quickly became rancid before used up. Since there is no expiration date, I contacted EA regarding my experience. (Rancid smell). They offered no explanation except that they weren't required to use expiration dates because their products have a 2 year shelf life. Unsure if this primer sat on their shelves too long during Covid because my last purchase quickly became rancid. They did not offer to have me return it for a fresh order. Will not purchase again.

Great Product “But”
It’s a great product, softens my skin and works well before my makeup But…I have written about this before. Once the pump stops working you have at least 1/8 to 1/4 of the bottle left. For many years when the pump stopped working I thru it out. I have since realized it screws off.. EA should look at their packaging. It bothers me to think how much product I threw out over the years.

Lovely Primer Offers Great Results!
I like this primer but not the packaging. It works great and my makeup goes on flawless with it. I prefer the Pink Serum “Flawless Start Primer” in the glass bottle with a dropper. I like serum bases better than lotions for my dry, mature skin. I do however hope they will keep both options available because I like to switch back & forth during the cooler weather when my skin needs the revitalizing Primer. This is why I love my Elizabeth Arden! They have the best selections and by far the best products/results of any skincare/makeup I’ve ever used in my 55+ years of Beauty/Skincare shopping!

Makeup Glides On Smoothly
I like this primer and makeup glides on really smoothly. I just wish it were in a different dispenser. I’d much prefer a squeeze tube or glass bottle and glass dropper like the Flawless Start Essence Primer. I will stick with that Primer because I like that dispense method better and like the primer better. I hope they don’t discontinue it for this one. I will be really disappointed if they do.
