BEST EYE MASK
I use this eye mask once a week the night before a special ocassion. It's simple to use and the benefits last for about 4 day. It's simple to use, I just follow the instructions on the packet and skip my eye serum and cream for that night. I also apply the remainder of the serum in the packet around my eyes and work it in using my ring finger. I wake up the next morning with my eye area looking about 10 years younger. Lines are blurred, the skin around my eyes is firmer and there are no signs of bags or dark circles. I have used many other eye mask from varios brands and this one the ANR from Estée Lauder is by far superior.

Effective!
I bought these just to try them out, as I have a sleep disorder and its evidenced by the considerable suitcases under my eyes. I washed my face, put these puppies on while I brushed my teeth and got coffee ready for the next morning. When I took them off, the difference was NOTICEABLE and good--there was significantly less puffiness, and a few less wrinkles right away! I was really impressed! When I woke up in the morning, however, the results were gone :( So it's one of two things: either they must be used repeatedly for longer-lasting results, or the results only last a few hours. Regardless, I do plan to re-purchase these, and will probably use them in the mornings I need to not look like I've been hit by a truck. They *did* make my face look better, and I didn't feel so self-conscious about my bags.

Good but not Great
I found this mask to be messy and awkward to get the gel on both eye pads. The pads come dry and you have to open or cut the package to get to the gel. The first eye pad gets way too much gel when you try to gracefully slop it in the gel and the second one is struggling to get any. I think they need to come preapplied with the gel. I have used Estes Lauder since early 1980's and love mostly all their products. I use all the Advanced Night Repar products and love them. I am 56 and have no crows feet or bags I believe because I started with Estee early on.

Unbelievable results
I have used the pads so far once at night and once during the day. I achieved great reaults when used at night, but I had a dinner date so I decided to relax and use a set before getting ready. My skin was flawless and I am 54 years young. I will continue to buy these as I love them!!

Let's Give Those Eyes Some Love!
As our eye area needs an occasional deep treatment too, I've found these eye masks are an easy and terrific way to ensure abundant hydration and conditioning of this area. I received a sample pair of these eye masks and very much liked the result. I also liked the unique packaging as well, with the eye masks in one part, and the serum in the other. After thorough saturation, I left the masks under my eyes for about 15 minutes, and upon removal my eye area was indeed very hydrated, feeling calmed, conditioned, and refreshed. As for the remaining serum in the package, here's a tip: SAVE it for future use to "dab on" by itself OR mix it with some of your eye creme for an extra treatment! For example, I mixed mine with a sample of some 'Advanced Night Repair Eye' I have and it is leaving my eye area softer and smoother than ever!

I like the EL products. But I have a complaint about EL
I like the EL products. But I have a complaint about EL customer service Canada. I am one of the EL loyal customers. As a loyal customer I am supposed to get rewards when I reach certain points. When I reached 250 points I was supposed to get 20% off for my order but 20% off rewards didn't work somehow. When I reached 450 points I was supposed to get one of the Free Fullsize 450 rewards. Again I did't get that reward as the item I chose was no longer available. Now I reached 517 point but I haven't got any rewards so far. I contacted EL customer service via email but no reply. Thanks a lot for letting me write about my experience.

Bags under my eyes
Ok... this didn't work over night. First used it with soaked eye pads and had a lot of leftover serum. Woke up with same bags under my eyes. Next two days, I just used the serum under my eyes and was shocked to find my under eye bags have diminished quite bit. I was actually taking selfies to see the difference and I can honestly tell you this product is good. I don't know how long my under eye bags will stay away b/c I'm sure genetics play some role but if I can pretend and this eye pad helps me pretend to look younger I'll gladly spend $11 for a pack.

A weekly MUST for eyes
At least once a week, this amazing eye mask will keep eyes awake, bright, moisturized, and keep lines Away! Be sure to PUNCTURE the seal for maximum benefit! Then place under the eyes and leave on at least 10 minutes. This is very relaxing and refreshing and you will absolutely know the difference after this treatment! Also, I do use this mask before special events if needed. Eye makeup, undereye concealers, etc glide on so smoothly after this treatment mask! A must have, HOLY Grail product! You will not be disappointed!
