Aliage Sport Eau de Parfum is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 86.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good Before I purchased a bottle of Aliage fragrance - which I have been wearing for many years - I read a review that said Estee Lauder had changed the formula. That it no longer smelled the same and didn't last for more than a few minutes. I purchased it anyway because it's always been my favorite fragrance. Unfortunately, that review was correct. What I received does NOT smell like the Aliage I've always loved. Although it doesn't smell bad it's absolutely not the same. I'm very disappointed since I've always been told that Estee Lauder never discontinues a fragrance. Well, maybe they didn't discontinue the name but they certainly discontinued the scent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have been wearing Aliage since 1972. During that Christmas I have been wearing Aliage since 1972. During that Christmas season I was working in a department store. My station was across from the Estee Lauder counter. Every day I smelled the samples that were sprayed and feel in love with Aliage. It is my signature fragrance. The last bottle I purchased Jan.'16 I was a bit disappointed that it didn't exactly smell the same and the color was lighter. I put Aliage on every morning. At the end of the day people would comment on the fact that I still smell fresh! I also don't care for the new design of the bottle. The old design was very easy to pack when traveling. Now I'm concerned about the top coming off. Please bring back the old Aliage! Thank you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Aliage has been my fragrance choice since the 1980s. It was fresh, sexy, and long-lasting. I also remember back then that it came in two versions. One was more like a cologne, and the other was more like an eau de toilette. I never liked the eau de toilette version. The cologne came in a more square bottle vs. the slimmer eau de cologne bottle that you currently sell. It seems that you dropped the cologne and now offer only the lighter eau de toilette version. it is a shadow of what this fragrance used to be. From reading the reviews, I can see that I am not the only one who notices the difference. Not only does it lack the depth of the original fragrance, it doesn't last. 10 minutes after spraying it on, the fragrance is lost. For all of the loyal Aliage wearers, please bring back the original fragrance...the cologne version of it. Sadly, I will not be buying again until you do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic and Nostalgic favorite I had used Aliage in the 1970's. I found my way through the years to other fragrances. Over the Holiday Season I started to remember the fresh "green" scent of this fragrance but could not remember the name. It's only mid February but I have just received my second bottle of Aliage! Everyone asks what perfume I have on because they love the scent. Aliage reminds me of Springtime and has lifted my spirits immensely through my recent battle with breast cancer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Aliage is my fragrance I have also been a loyal Aliage user since it first came out. I did like the additional products - the cologne, the shimmery powder was wonderful. I can't tell you how many times people have stopped me to ask what my fragrance is because it smells so good. I guess it blends with my body chemistry well. There was a time years ago that EL planned to discontinue it - I actually wrote a letter to inquire about buying a case of it so I would have it for as long as possible. You should market again, and encourage stores to carry more. I have resorted to ordering online because the local stores run out of it, seems like every time I am ready to buy a bottle. Bring back the powder!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from STILL ONE OF THE BEST Back in the mid-70s, I came to a screeching halt in a northern Virginia department store. I had caught a whiff of something quite wonderful. What is it? Where is it? I have GOT to have that! I discovered it was Estee Lauder's Aliage - a new fragrance at the time. It has been my primary fragrance ever since. While it is sometimes in short supply, pushed to the back of the cabinet at the Estee Lauder counter, etc., it is still definitely one of the best fragrances the company has ever produced. Springtime in a bottle without being heavy or intense.... If it were given a new advertising promo (like some of the newer fragrances have been given), I have no doubt that it would once again stop shoppers in their tracks - just like it did me!!! Whether you are in your 20s or decades older, try Aliage. (That's pronounced 'ah-lee-AAHJ'.) :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Vintage Simmering Scent I used to wear Aliage when I was in high school during the 1970s. It was my signature scent. I still have some of the shimmering powder that I keep tucked away like a buried treasure. I just dusted some on. Although the powder must be at least 30 years old, it has retained the crisp intoxicating fragrance of Aliage. Estée Lauder has consistently made some of my all-time favorite scents throughout my lifetime. As for Aliage, I know of no other scent that smells like it. I highly recommend it for the adventurous and daring woman. Simpering misses need not apply ... unless they're ready for dynamic new vistas.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Different Fragrance What happened to the old fragance of Aliage? I have used this fragrance since the 70's. The old scent made a statement! Sexy! The new fragance cannot compare to the old. I see the little square, familar bottle (2 oz) has also been replaced with a slender (1.7 oz) size) . The price has changed as well. When something works, why try and fix it? Very disappointed.
