Perfect For No-Bra Days
I'm a double-A gal, but still have 'headlight' issues. The petals are perfect for me. As the reviewer above me mentioned, they can be visible, but this only happens to me, if I apply them in a hurry. For the most invisible application, bend forward so that your girls hang away from your chest, and not straight down. Apply them while bending forward, smoothing the edges completely. This way, when you straighten up, the petals are stretched tightly; no puckering or visible edges!

Can see them
These depend on what I am wearing. Under a winter sweater they work fine, no headlights. Under a cotton tank or Tshirt they are visible. The outline is very noticeable, as if they are not quite thin enough to totally disappear under close-fitting garments. They do stick well. I had no problem with them staying on for an extended period of time. Getting them off was "fair".
