Logan Cap Toe Boot
A big part of what gives Frye's shoes and boots character is how they treat their leathers. Made in the USA, the Logan Cap Toe is crafted from leather that is battered with volcanic rocks then polish, all to get that well-loved, truly authentic, distressed look you'll want to wear every chance you get.

Rated 5 out of 5 by klittel from perfect I'm pretty sure these guys snuck into my room when i was sleeping to measure my feet cause these fit absolutely perfect. bought these boots right before a two week stay in Ireland and Scotland. i wore them everyday. i wear a 10.5 red wing and ordered a 10.5 frye and they both fit about the same. this boot seems a little wider than most across the widest part of my foot which is nice cause i have wide feet. even comfortable with a thick pair of wool socks on.i have the stonewash pair and they looked pretty true to the picture out of the box. the leather feels nice and soft and the boots look very well made. hands down my favorite pair of boots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jlowest1980 from really nice boots first pair of Frye boots and so far I love these boots. i bought the dark brown (stonewash) and they pretty much look like the pictures. the stonewash is subtle and the boots will arrive with a powdery looking finish to them. my guess is that the finish highlights the "stonewash" effect bc after polishing the boots (i like shine) the stonewash effect isn't quite as obvious. still yet these are super comfortable, can be dressed up or down, and feel like they are built to last. fit a little long but about what you would expect from a boot. verdict : buy'em

Rated 5 out of 5 by Texas Beer Brats from Be Advised..... This is a very nice boot. But a couple of things to be aware of before you buy: 1. The pics on Frye's website are not completely indicative to what arrives in the box if you order online. The online pics reflect a somewhat polished boot. What arrives is a VERY distressed looking boot, with some sort of white powdery substance all over the boot...Probably from the distressing work done to give the boot a very worn look. If you don't prefer this look, this powder easily wipes clean with a slightly damp cloth. I got the Whiskey color....Since I prefer the look of the boot from the online pics, I applied a little Allen Edmonds bourbon colored shoe polish to give my boots a slightly dressier look. Overall, I love what the polish did for the look of the boot. 2. Frye boots tend to have VERY heavy soles and heels, and this boot is no exception. This thick of a sole can add to the break-in period, and possible discomfort in the early days or even months. Overall, A+ for this boot. Appears to be very well made, and a boot that will last for many years to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jason in Ohio from Great Moto Boot I bought mine from the Chicago store last summer. They actually fit true to size for me. I have a pretty narrow foot, but mine fit great. I also ordered the whiskey color because I wanted to add a "worn" pair of boots to my collection. The first time you wax them (and I would recommend the Frye wax) they turn a bit darker and you lose a little of the worn look, but I actually think they look even better. I recently wore them and got caught in a rainstorm on my motorcycle and they were completely water logged. I let them dry for two days on shoe trees and waxed them. They returned right to their original beauty! I have four pair of Fryes and I am happy with each pair!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SamBam39 from So good I bought them all! I originally bought these in black and loved them so much I added brown and the oiled suede. They fit great, are comfortable and are my go to shoes all fall, winter and spring! I even added the Logan Chelsea this year. And they did not disappoint. Look great with jeans! I highly recommend this boot. It is without question my favorite pair of shoes. They have traveled with me overseas on vacations to Ireland and London!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MacMan from My favorite Frye boots so far! I've had these for a few weeks now and am very happy with the fit and comfort. They also look fantastic! No complaints. I've had a few other Frye boots and these are my favorite. Also, I won't buy boots that aren't made in the USA. Thanks goodness for Frye!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pevans from Great lace up boot This is my second pair of Frye's. The quality, fit and construction are all excellent, exactly what I expected, and although I've only had them for about two weeks, I think they may outlive my Smith Engineer's. I took off a star because they don't have a pull strap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jerm from Really nice boot I bought these about a year ago and have worn them about once a week since. They are just starting to break in now. They are pretty stiff at first, but that's because the leather is thick and heavy duty. These boots are of very high quality. I have a pair on Wolverine 1000 mile that I also wear once a week and they broke in much faster and are softer leather, but these boots feel like a higher quality and I imagine will last longer. The heel was pretty narrow at first but that has formed to my heal nicely now. I recommend thick socks for a while while breaking in. I wear a 13 in most men's shoes, but ended up with a size 12 in these after trying them on in the store. Boots like this are obviously a big investment, but it's one of those things than can be repaired again and again and will hold up for many years. You get what you pay for....
