Cute luggage bad craftsmanship
I bought these a few months back and have used them 2. The first time I used them, the handle broke on the largest luggage. Both handles broke on the side. The luggage also came with what appeared to be a cigarette burn on the inside interior. Warranty covered a replacement and the replacement came with a broken handle as well; so they issued ANOTHER replacement and that handle broke as well. I believe the handles are just awfully made on these luggage. They’re beautiful luggage and the hard outer shell is great but it scratches easily as well and turns white where scratches appear.
