Not capris; this is a split skirt
Soft breathable fabric, but the legs are much fuller than they appear in the photo. I would classify as split skirt or gaucho. This item is not slenderizing. I have quite a few wide leg crop and full length pants. This Gloria Vanderbilt is wider than any of them by several inches.
