These are gorgeous and versatile products. I have no worries about food sticking while cooking on high heat- very little if any oil needed, and no worries about leaching dangerous chemicals into foods. I own a set, and bought another for my parents where I cook a lot. They are thrilled and “didn’t know cooking could be this good.”
